How the pre-order works REF MRC-TERMS-01
01 — Order
Pick a piece and a size and pay at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, and that locks your size in the first production run.
02 — Print
The run goes to print once the window closes. You get an email the day it goes on the press, with the print date and the ship window.
03 — Ship
Pieces ship after the Japan Bridge Tour returns. Tracking comes by email. If a size cannot be filled, that order is refunded in full.
