RECORD 01/The StoryREF BRG-01

One man went looking for where he came from. A whole crew went with him.

Toshi Nishio was born to a Japanese father and a Dominican mother. Two countries, two languages, one person trying to hold both at once. In October 2026 he goes back to Japan — and this time the whole thing gets filmed.

You may already know him as Chinito2800: the food, the family, the jokes, the community. NI$HIO is the other half — the music begins. KAKEHASHI (架け橋, “the bridge”) is what both of them are building, and the Japan Bridge Tour is the first time it gets proved in public.

This is not one guy with a camera. Seven departments run this operation, plus partners on the ground in Japan and the Dominican Republic. They get introduced one at a time, all the way to departure.

Seven cities. Five weeks. One anchor in Tokyo.

Osaka to Matsumoto, by way of the town his family comes from. Every stop is a chapter, and every chapter gets documented as it happens.

RECORD 03/Why It WorksREF LNG-01

Four languages every human being already speaks.

You do not need a translator for any of these. That is exactly why the bridge is built on them.

Love

Family, friendship, hospitality, community. Everywhere in the world, people understand love.

Pain

Migration, sacrifice, dreams left behind. Pain often builds the strongest bridges between cultures.

Food

Meals tell stories. Recipes become family history. Food is the first bridge between strangers.

Music

Music crosses borders before language can. Emotion does not need translation.

Back the crossing.

Three ways to be in this — one you can do in the next two minutes, one that puts you in the room, and one that puts your name on the tour.

RECORD 06/The North StarREF NTH-01

It has to land in both countries.

That is the whole standard, and everything else follows from it. A room in Santo Domingo and a room in Tokyo both have to see themselves in this. When only one side does, it is not a bridge yet, and we keep working until it is. Here is what that looks like day to day.

01
We film from inside the room.

Every city on this route is somewhere the crew has family, friends, or history. We eat there before we shoot there. That is the difference between a place recognising itself on screen and a place watching someone pass through.

02
A partner has to make sense on both sides.

A brand that belongs in the story goes in the story. One that only works in a single market stays out, whatever the number on the offer. A bolted-on sponsor shows in a single frame, and it costs everyone — the brand included.

03
Every name on here is confirmed.

Nobody in conversation gets used as a credential. People and partners go up once they are attached and not a day before. If you see a name on this site, it is real.

07
RECORD 07/The VaultREF VLT-01

There is a smaller room behind this one.

Most of what happens on a tour like this never fits on a public page. The Vault is where the rest of it goes. It is not a bigger version of this site — it is a quieter one, kept for the people who were here before the first flight.

First call
Before it is public.
Drops open to members first, and sizes hold for members before the rest of the run goes up.
From the road
What does not get posted.
Cuts, stills, and voice notes from the seven cities that never reach the public feed.
Uncut
The full chapter.
Every Bridge Report chapter in full, as it lands, not trimmed down to fit a feed.
Members only
Six of the fifteen.
Six collection pieces are made for the Vault and are not sold anywhere else on this site.

Straight with you. The tour leaves on 20 October 2026, so there is no footage from the road yet — there is no road yet. Coming in now means you are early, which is the only way to be there from the beginning.
